Lauren Sick is an award-winning writer and director known for her bold cinematic style and emotionally driven storytelling. Her short film The Meeting Spot earned Best Director at both the Los Angeles International Film Festival and Vancouver Horror Show. PARE won multiple awards and screened at top-tier festivals, including Oscar and BAFTA qualifiers. She recently directed Second Unit on Heart Eyes (Sony Pictures) and contributed to Sundance hit Scare Me. Sick has directed commercials for major brands like Ford, GAP, and Beats by Dre, and collaborated with artists including Dove Cameron, Vampire Weekend, and A$AP Ferg. Her work has been featured by outlets like The New York Times, Rolling Stone, and Deadline. She also directed RICH GIRL, a Spotify narrative podcast, and her Ford film SCARY FAST screened in theaters ahead of Jordan Peele’s NOPE. Based in Los Angeles, she’s currently developing her first feature.
